Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
The service
Replylark is an outreach-writing tool: it drafts cold email sequences from your audience profile and scores them against deliverability heuristics. Sending happens in your own tools. You bring the judgment; always review sequences before sending them.
Your account
You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password secure. One person per account; a paid plan covers the audiences and volumes listed on the pricing page.
Your content
Sequences you generate and edit are yours, including commercial use. You’re responsible for how you send — including compliance with anti-spam and consent laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and similar) and the accuracy of claims about your offer.
Acceptable use
- No generating content that is illegal, deceptive or defamatory.
- No attempting to disrupt the service or access other users’ data.
- No reselling access without a separate agreement.
AI-generated content
Generated drafts may contain errors or omissions. The deliverability score measures writing heuristics only — it is not a guarantee of inbox placement, opens or replies.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves; material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
