What we collect
When you create an account, Replylark stores your name, email address and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself). Using the product creates content you own: audience profiles, angles and email sequences, all stored in your workspace database.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- We don’t use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site.
- We don’t read your sequences for any purpose other than serving them back to you.
AI providers
If you connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key in Settings, sequence prompts are sent to that provider under your key and their terms. Keys are stored in your workspace database and used only to call the provider you configured. Without a key, sequences are generated by the built-in engine and nothing leaves the server.
Cookies
Replylark uses a single, essential session cookie to keep you signed in. It expires after 7 days and contains no personal information.
Data retention and deletion
Your content stays until you delete it. Deleting an audience removes its sequences. Replylark never sends email and never sees your prospect lists. To delete your account and all associated data entirely, contact the address below.
